This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us through it. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    2. Visiting the website

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, technical data is processed so that the page can be delivered and the service kept secure: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. These server logs are kept by Netlify for a limited period.

Fonts, images and videos are delivered from this website itself. We do not load content from Google or other third parties, and we do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.

    3. Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process:

    • First and last name
    • Email address
    • Subject
    • Your message
    • Your consent to this privacy policy

We use this data only to answer your request.

    4. Simulation request

When you request a simulation, we process:

    • Name
    • Company
    • Email address
    • Your comments, if you add any
    • Your consent to this privacy policy

We use this data to contact you, arrange a first conversation and prepare a simulation for your use case.

    5. How form data is stored

Both forms are processed by Netlify Forms, a service of Netlify, Inc., on our behalf. Your entries are stored in our Netlify account and sent to us by email notification. Only AIMBO AG and Netlify as our processor have access to them.

    6. Disclosure abroad

Netlify, Inc. is based in the USA, so data from website visits and forms is processed there. Netlify is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks and also uses standard contractual clauses. We do not pass your data to any other third party unless the law requires us to.

    7. How long we keep your data

We keep form entries as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

    8. Your rights

    You have the right to:

    • Get information about the personal data we hold about you
    • Have incorrect data corrected
    • Have your data deleted, unless we must keep it by law
    • Object to the processing of your data
    • Receive your data in a common electronic format

To exercise these rights, write to roland.wulz@aimbo.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with your local data protection authority.

    9. Data security

The website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss and unauthorised access.

    10. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy when the law or our services change. The version published on this page applies.
